Doug and I are heading to New Zealand this week for a couple of nights in Auckland exploring The City of Sails before heading down to Rotorua.
We also plan to spend a day on Waiheke Island with its beautiful vineyards, boutique brewery for Doug, olive groves, beaches and quaint shopping village, all just 35 minutes by ferry from Auckland downtown.
Exploring New Zealand is always a delight before we board the beautiful and new Majestic Princess for our 4 night cruise home via Bay of Islands. We are really looking forward to meeting up with our Holiday World travellers who boarded in Sydney for the full New Zealand cruise. I am sure they will be thrilled to show us around and catch up for a cocktail or a glass of champagne before dinner.
