How Does It Work?
Send through your details below and we'll set you up an account, giving you access to your eDM dashboard. Here you'll find a number of eDMs, all neatly categorized. Let's choose "Packages" and see what's available...
Now you'll see a list of all the package eDMs. That local getaways package looks interesting, let's click 'preview mail' to take a look.
Now you'll see a preview of the mail campaign with all your branding, colours and call to actions added. If you like the look of this click 'Start Customising'.
From here you can see the whole template within the 'drag & drop' editor suite. You'll be able to click on any section of the template, should you wish, replacing or removing copy and images to give it a personal touch. Once you're happy, save your changes and hit that blue "Begin Dispatch Process" button.
This is a quick overview of the process of reviewing and previewing the mail, before selecting the relevant mailing list or lists and hitting SEND. Once your eDM has been sent, you have access to a simple and easy report which gives you fantastic data on who has read and / or clicked on the mail. This will help you to further customise your next EDM and also give you the capacity to target those clients who were interested in your newsletter. ‘

What you'll pay for your Genesys service at the end of each month depends on four factors: (1) The size of your database (2) How many email campaigns you're sending out (3) How many of those are library templates and how many are Genesys bespoke mails, and (4) Whether you're using the system "DIY" or using an Account Manager

Don't like tech? Worried you'll forget about your schedule? Then you can opt to use the services of one of Genesys' in house Account Managers who will take care of everything for you...
