Our Marketing Manager, Kathie, has recently been on a hosted trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe with our preferred partner, Singita. Singita is a South African company that operates private game lodges in renowned reserves and parks, such as Sabi Sand, Kruger, Malilangwe, Grumeti, Serengeti, and Volcanoes, across South Africa, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, and Rwanda. Kathie had the opportunity to stay at three different properties during the trip: Pamushana in Zimbabwe, Lemombo in Kruger, and Boulders Lodge in Sabi Sand. She was fortunate enough to see all of the Big 5 African animals. The name "Singita" means 'Place of Miracles' in Shangaan. With limited guests and vehicles, Singita offers exceptional game viewing and warm hospitality. It leaves guests transformed through meaningful connections with loved ones, oneself, and nature. Their award-winning luxury lodges provide remote locations, complete privacy, and intuitive service, allowing guests to intimately connect with Africa's pristine wildlife and wilderness. Singita is a tourism company that follows a low-impact and nature-based approach. Their goal is to preserve and safeguard large areas of African wilderness for future generations, and this vision guides their business. They work with not-for-profit conservation partners in the four countries where they operate and aim to drive awareness and support for the important conservation efforts of these partners. Kathie believes that visiting Africa is a must-see experience, with its amazing scenery and fabulous wildlife. Kathie is already planning her next African adventure!
