Looking through photos on the weekend and reminiscing, I realised it was 8 years ago this week when I went in search of the Northern Lights in Finland and Norway. What an experience, it was certainly a trip like no other. The dog sled ride was definitely a highlight, as was lunching with a local Sami family on their reindeer farm and of course meeting Santa in his little village in the North Pole. A beautiful winter holiday for all.
